RADIO ZAMINDAR (PVT.) LTD
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your subscription to and use of the Radio Zamindar service ("Service") operated by Radio Zamindar (PVT.) LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan ("Radio Zamindar," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe to or use the Service.
Radio Zamindar is a digital audio infotainment and agricultural advisory service available exclusively to eligible Jazz subscribers.
The Service may include, but is not limited to:
Agricultural and farming advisory programs
Livestock guidance
Weather updates
Market price information
Educational audio programs
Cultural and community-based programming
Content may be updated, modified, or discontinued at the sole discretion of the Company.
To use the Service, you must:
Be an active Jazz subscriber (prepaid or postpaid)
Have a compatible mobile handset
Maintain an active SIM connection
Successfully subscribe through the prescribed subscription mechanism.
3.1 Subscription Plan
Radio Zamindar is offered on a Daily Subscription Plan only:
PKR 1.2 (Inclusive of all applicable taxes) per day
3.2 Charging Mechanism
The daily subscription fee of PKR 1.2 (inclusive of tax) shall be automatically deducted.
For prepaid users, charges will be deducted from the available balance.
Charging is subject to sufficient balance and operator policies.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
The subscription automatically renews every 24 hours unless unsubscribed by the user.
Users may unsubscribe at any time through the prescribed opt-out method communicated at the time of subscription.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or platforms
Disrupt or interfere with Service operations
Reproduce or commercially exploit Service content
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in case of misuse.
All content, audio programs, trademarks, logos, and materials related to Radio Zamindar are owned by or licensed to Radio Zamindar (PVT.) LTD and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Radio Zamindar does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Continuous availability
Accuracy or completeness of content
Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional agricultural, legal, or financial advice.
Radio Zamindar (PVT.) LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the Service
Network or operator-related issues
Charging failures beyond our control
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to unsubscribe from the Service.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Radio Zamindar may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
